So you have this massive exposure to hormone disruptors, whether it's fragrances, whether it's microplastics, whether it's other chemicals that are in our drinking water.
And yes, I mean, the body just can't take it as human beings.
We are not engineered to take on this many toxins.
Yes, the body is smart.
And yes, we are set up to detoxify and to repair ourselves.
But it's a lot.
It's a lot more than our system can actually handle.
Not to mention the fact that our food is depleted of essential nutrients.
People are on like low fat diets, which is crazy to me.
It's the worst things that happen to humanity is low fat diets.
Why?
Because you need fat to function.
I mean, I insist on having a lot of fat every day.
My diet has so much fat in it.
