And it makes a recommendation.

The odds of it being a small community credit union or community bank is pretty low.

And so now we've got somebody potentially in a predatory lending environment and something that they can't afford.

They get out over their skis and they get in trouble.

And this is going to bring me all the way back around to that thing that we parked.

But before I do, I'm going to shut up and get your take on that.

So this brings me all the way back to what I wanted to get your take on when you were talking about the tyranny of the marginal user.

And a lot of times we fall into this trap of trying to build everything for everyone, offer every single feature, every single functionality.

And we kind of fall into this endless loop when the data would have told us that 0.2% of your membership base uses that.

It was not worth chasing.

right?

But it's the, well, Chase has it.

I have to check mark that box.

Well, ABC Credit Union down the street has that.

I think there's an additional extra element to that layer that gets a little bit interesting.

And this was the conversation I was having with a customer and I'll keep them anonymous just because I don't really have the permission to share the conversation.

So, you know, we were talking about the challenge of the war on attracting new members and

attracting deposits and the unfortunate truth is i don't really care what the news says i talk to my friends i talk to my neighbors i talk to my family a lot of american consumers are struggling right now right a lot of people's finances are tighter than they've been in a long time we're definitely in a very expensive time to live in america right now and a lot of people are struggling

And I don't mean this as disrespect, but a lot of people don't have the funds or the needs or whatever to make them a highly profitable account holder for a financial institution.
