And it was this period of just
true missionary work, believing that we had this incredible platform of Twitter that could be so much more for the world.
And I got to live and breathe it every day with an incredible group of people.
And it was at that nascent period that that we knew there was something and we were trying to solve really hard problems.
But before it was so obvious that it had to become a real mature company.
And I just I if I look back, like if I could just have r done that year on repeat in my career, kind of late two thousand nine to to late two thousand ten, that was one of the most special times of my entire life.
But everywhere else I've gotten to work was just been I mean, I've gone
To work on things that it was always my dream to help people make things that matter for the world.
And I've gotten to help do that.
I was never a founder myself.
I never went and started a company from scratch, but I was always what I call an early joiner where I'd go find these things and say, we're gonna go make something great.
You have an incredible idea that's that's getting started as some momentum.
How can we make it last?
And and there's so much joy in that.
And the stuff we did at Twitter is probably some of the most.
meaningful work of of my life and and still see it to this day play out.
And I still feel like, ah, it could have even been so much bigger and so much more important than what it is, even though it's a product I still use the most every day.
How many users were at Twitter when you when you left?
When I left we had gotten well over a hundred million users.
And when I joined, we were at maybe barely ten million actives.
