And I personally find myself going to ChatGPT or Gemini as a starting point for a lot of these conversations.

I was recently looking for a keychain that makes it really easy to split for when I have to park at a valet garage and then put it back together.

And I was having so much trouble on Google trying

To find something on Amazon trying to find something.

And I went to Chat GPT and started having this great conversation.

And it found me a bunch of it kind of described to me a bunch of the different attachments and the way that they could connect and easily break a bunch of the ways that those either had maintenance problems or the ones that were most likely to be durable over the years.

And then I said, and I really want one that's made in America and helped me find just the right one that was made by um a store in Michigan.

And so it was kind of this incredible.

Incredible journey that it was a conversation about shopping, not Googling, clicking on links and having to do all the work myself.

And I think, you know, that experience is just one of so many, but there's still so many ways that I could have productized that to be a lot better experience.

And still, I kind of still wanted a chance to browse at the end of my journey.

And ChatGPT had kind of helped me narrow on like one option.

And I really still wanted now that shopping browse experience.

But with all of my conditions laid out.

So then I could really kind of explore from like the perfect set of options.

It's only six and a half uh not quite six years at Apple, but it was a an incredible time there.

Interesting is the best experience is when you can have a concierge experience at a store and you have somebody who's a true expert there guiding you, commenting on maybe what looks great, helping you try different things on.

And even better is when you know that their only incentive is your success.

Their incentive is not to get you to spend the most money or buy something where they get a kickback, but it's truly that guidance and helping you.
