And that's what the president said this morning, and I think he's right.
Well, I think it's a hugely important case.
I think that the president does absolutely have the authority under the law, statutory authority, to impose these tariffs.
I actually think, Steve, he's got it in multiple different statutes, including the famous Smoot-Hawley tariff from back in the 1930s, which explicitly gives the president the ability to set tariffs up to the levels this president has.
I'll just say this.
I mean, setting the legal niceties of it aside, if the president can't do this, if the court strikes this down,
We're looking at a complete economic 180.
I mean, he has raised and is on pace to raise like a trillion dollars in new funds for this government that can help us with our deficit, help us with working people.
He's reshoring jobs.
You know, if the court takes that out of his hands, it's going to be a huge, huge problem.
I don't think people appreciate how big of an impact these tariffs are making.

Yeah, well, I think the Democrats are right in the same position you just outlined, Steve, which is they want money going to illegals.
They don't want health care for our veterans.
You go to the VA right now, if you're a veteran, you're going to find all kinds of stuff shut down.
Why?
Because the Democrats would rather give money to illegals than pay our veterans who bled for this country.
And that's it in a nutshell.
