We knew that we were getting into a bit of a stretch f stressful situation as our apartment is small.
It's seven hundred square feet and there are currently eight people living here.
We thought since our lease ends at the end of the summer, his family could move into the new house or and we could stay in our apartment until our lease was up.
They agreed to cover the bills for the new house until we moved in.
We found a home with three acres for a decent price and we were really excited about it, but it's been three months since we decided on buying it.
The county is taking forever on approving designs for a new septic that the seller will pay to be replaced.
So we've all been cramped in this small space together.
To give more details, we have a living room, kitchen,
One bedroom, an office, and a restroom.

Damn.
The worst part is all of our rooms are connected.
You have to walk through the bedroom and office in order to use the restroom.
So there's no privacy at all.
Everyone is on edge here.
The thing is, I took a lot out of my four oh one K to help pay for this place.
I even took out of my son's savings and I have and I have another baby on the way.
I've paid three thousand dollars so far for the earnest deposit inspection and appraisal.
So I've already invested a lot.
