Um and it really is consistent with the spirit of R one which was uh which its its effect is to you know streamline and in the end primarily reduce the student generation rates and update them in terms of what we're seeing with student generation.

activity centers and the uh regional activity centers as was noted by Ralph Stone and in our staff report uh this is where our county is directing um and wants to see additional uh housing placed because it's uh in a specific area that's supplemented and and um and made viable by transportation opportunities this is a you know uh an identified direction for the entire county these specific nine activities

Predicament that's different from 2005 is certainly, you know, as everyone stated, is is you know, um, you know, begs for for for a difference.
