There's pros and cons to everything, but for me personally, I think there's too much analytical data in the baseball world now.

I like the iPads because you can go back and look at your at-bats right then and there instead of running up to a video room way up by the weight room that's a two-minute walk as opposed to going straight back to the dugout.

So there are definitely some benefits there, but like I said, this game's already hard.

Why add all that information to it anyway?

Oh, of course, and that was the day I was dubbed Spider-Man.

I had given myself the name, so to speak, and then Ray Fossey, may he rest in peace, gave me kind of the nickname of the Spider-Man catch right there.

So, yeah, pretty cool, and I didn't really need to jump.

But I didn't have time to drop down and jump back up.

And also, much credit to Jerry Blevins right there, one of our bullpen guys, being there the whole way, talking me to it.

They don't get the love and the appreciation that they do.

He told me I had plenty of room and plenty of time.

And it was cool because Travis and I came up against each other in the minors too.

So it had a little bit of an edge to it.
