Like, that's a dead giveaway.
If you didn't get extended, which never happens, you know if it's your last year of your contract, you're gone.
You're going to get traded.
So I think that made it easier for me to go out there and be like, look.
Just play your game.
Don't try to do anything different.
Go out there and just be yourself because you know, it's happening, whether you go for 10 or 10 for 10.
So that made it easier on the flip side, you know, in 17, when we went through the whole Justin Verlander rollercoaster of emotions, and that wasn't even the deadline.
That was the September 1st when I think the waiver deadline, they called that way back then.
So yeah,
We were pretty bummed when we didn't make any really big moves at the trade deadline.
But I tell you what, that hour before midnight kicked around for that waiver deadline, getting JV was...
