So there looks to be some real good quality and of course the internationals landed this week as they um

um set their sights on Caulfield Cup Glory and the six million dollar prize.

I think, you know, like we talk about handicap racing.

I know these days with these pop up races

slot races like the Everest, you know, they run at set weights, they're massive prize money.

But handicap racing really is the foundation of the Australian racing scene.

If we go back through the history, the races like the Caulfield Cup, the Melbourne Cup.

Sydney's great handicap, the Doncaster, the Railway in Perth, the Stradbroke in Queensland.

They're fantastic betting races.

They're usually full fields.

You know, it gives the ability for these smaller stables to build a profile with their horse, get in low at the weights.

and try and knock off some of these more fancy horses.

So I think it's a fantastic in handicap racing.

And you know, a race like the Caulfield Cup, such a fantastic handicap.

I think you lot you know, you want to try and find a horse that's on the up and beating the handicapper.

I thought a horse maybe like she's a hustler, um, ran really well winning the zipping classic at Caulfield last spring.

So the twenty four hundred at Caulfield tick.

Had a nice winter up in Queensland, a bit of sun on the back, J J up there in winter time, nothing like it.
