It feels like we were robbed of a really great one-lap shootout there.
I mean, there were scenarios up and down the field and so many exciting things to watch that we never got to see play out.
Yeah, the regulations were properly followed.
It's just a case of do they need to change for the future?
In scenarios like that, should we have just started without unlapping the cars and should the regulation be changed so that that can happen?
Because in that scenario where it is so time pressured, maybe there should be a scenario where you can do that and that you don't need to get the lapped cars out of the way.
Because yeah, that's just the way the rules are in at the moment, but maybe it's something to look at.
yeah there's no perfect solution because even like with the red flag thing where you know you could red flag it and have a race for two laps obviously we had that in baku 21 wasn't it where we had that like two lap shootout after the red flag and even that's maybe not a perfect solution because when you kind of jumble up the order i mean imagine how much the different race starts we've seen this year would play into that and you almost a question of is that too artificial so yeah it is a tricky i think it's pros and cons to to all the different solutions that they could have
It's been 20 months since he won an F1 race, if you can believe that.
