I'd say so right now.

I mean, although both drivers weren't quite happy.

I mean, Arvid Lindblad wasn't pleased to be having some deployment issues on the first lap.

He felt that cost him.

I mean, drivers are always like that.

You're never going to want to finish behind your teammates.

So even though it's a great first home race for Lindblad, I got the sense that he felt like he maybe could have beat Lawson if he didn't lose that track position at the start.

And he was very gutted, but he didn't get to do, I guess, what would have been his first late race sort of safety car restart, at least as short as that in F1.

um but yeah it seems like racing balls are now the the class of the midfield right now because alpine just seem to have got a little bit lost uh racing balls are a point now behind them in the championship so see if that carries on into spa there's no reason for it not to because i think they've done a really nice job developing that car uh not always seen that in the past of that team but

This year, they seem to have put bits on the car and despite the fairly small size of the team, made actually really solid, consistent progress with that car.

And they've got two drivers who at the moment are making good use of it.

I think he's in an unfortunate position because if you look at, and if people are looking for a home driver to support this weekend, you know, you've got Lando Norris, who is really good at marketing and social media and branding and is really kind of switched on with that.

So he's a very popular driver.

At the other end of the scale, you've got Hamilton with all the experience and history involved.

so you've got like really strong competition there in terms of a British driver for the home crowd so it's just difficult to stand out really in that market he's up against some very tough competition but I feel like he's one of those drivers who will probably get more respect as the years go on and certainly with his good public speaking I could see him in that kind of role in the future maybe an FIA president of the 2040s and he'll finally get his juice then interesting prediction Josh he'll finally get some respect maybe

I'm not sure about this one.

I felt like the Ferrari strategy wasn't too bad.

I don't understand what they were trying to do today.

It's always going to be difficult to beat a car with better pace like Antonelli's Mercedes.

They obviously risked being undercut as well if they didn't pit because Antonelli's Mercedes had so much pace.
