I think that's the essence of why I'm a Democrat.

And I think that that at our best, that's that's really who we are and what we stand for.

I think that

Going forward, especially if we're gonna win in prairie states like Iowa, it has to be really clear that we are the party of the people, party of the middle class, party of the workers.

That's why I define myself as a common sense prairie populist.

And uh in and that's certainly the the way forward.

We can't be the lesser of two evils.

We can't just be a corporate version.

Uh, we've got to go out there with with really, really clear ideas.

And the other thing that I say, I am just absolutely laser focused on cost corruption, kitchen table issues.

That's what this election's about.

The issues that apply to 3.2 million islands.

So that's a livable wage, affordable housing, affordable health care, affordable pharmaceuticals, drinkable water.

Addressing the cancer rates, functioning public schools, infrastructure, and addressing corruption.

And that's a a corruption in terms of the need for campaign finance reform.

But that's also going out there and talking about the need for ethics reforms, term limits, banning members of Congress from owning and trading stocks, because people like my opponent, Ashley Henson, shouldn't be going up to DC and in six years becoming uh 10 times more wealthy.

Or putting a provision in place where I believe that every single member of Congress should be forced to have at least one uh annual town hall, because I believe that members of Congress should be accountable to their constituents, to the people, not just to the billionaires, the large corporations, the donors, and the lobbyists.

That's what I'm focused on.

And that message is clearly resonating with Iowans.

If they want to see us be able to win this U.S.
