Yeah, that negative self-talk.
And it's not like I've gotten rid of it altogether.
It's definitely still there.
It comes and goes.
But my ability to cope with it, it felt like I had a different brain to actually approach that.
And I'm not negating all the work I do as a psychologist.
I think that's definitely part of it.
But it genuinely felt physiologically different, like I'm a different person now.
My priorities with life have changed quite a lot.

For me, it came back to because I love music and art and creativity and I listened to Nick Cave talking about change and the myth of being stagnant and that no, you're always changing and to not change is a pretty bad life.
It's all about changing and changing into new versions of yourself.
um as you go through and for me it's been this beautiful thing and i'm not maybe some ways i've changed for the worse maybe sometimes the better but i just wanted to say that um it certainly has been real for me 2014 that's when it was discovered for you

And certain things that used to light me up don't light me up the same way.
They're about to wake behind the mom.
Yeah, I think we need more episodes.
In 10 years when they do another brain scan, we can catch up.
