And I said I was I was a fair like if you've just started teaching, you don't belong in a
Classroom like is in you do, but you have no evidence in your brain that you actually belong there.
And so th I think it was like and it's probably the same with when she said medical students and law students going into a stressful
profession and pretending that you know what's going on when ninety five percent of the time you have no idea what's really going on.
And I wonder if that's what led to I wonder.

I wrote about it in my book and I've had a lot of people come up to me and go, Just I've I'd I had no idea what's happening to me.
I just ignored it because it was so awful and I was like, I can't too embarrassed to even talk about this but I haven't felt it in years.
Um and I haven't felt imposter syndrome.
