And that electorate can be.

I think it's actually more likely going to be white college educated voters who voted for Trump twice.
There's a lot of them in Pennsylvania.
There's a lot of them in Michigan.
They're two-time Trump voters and they're a little bit more pissed off than other two-time Trump voters.
They're definitely more pissed off than non-college educated voters.
