focused on Haitian welfare and well-being and elevating this community with as many opportunities and as many freebies, gimmies, and stimmies as they can possibly get, basically maxing it out.
And it's rather odd because you have these organizations in Springfield dedicated to maximum supporting of Haitian migrants who are not from Springfield.
So why is this happening?

Like for the homeless and the underprivileged, going to the food pantries, getting items and products there like for free, and then going and then selling them on the street.
Because that's what you do in Haiti.
That's just what you do in a low-trust, underdeveloped culture.
So many of the issues is the cultural incompatibility.
And you might remember that viral New York cop speaking to the so-called tunnel Jews right there in that community that was building the illegal tunnels under the synagogue in New York City.
