The main difference of that versus what I just mentioned is that the way it works is that the investment fund, typically a VC fund, rather than investing into a founder-led company or like a company already with their own management team and whatever, they start the company themselves.
So they go to the university and you know, or they even think of the whole idea themselves and then
They license the technology in-house.
Mm.
They then start a company around this, you know, in like stealth mode or something.
And then they drop in, you know, some money to sort of do some R and D.
Maybe they hire one or two scientists to do some R and D to do some pivotal killer killer experiment.
Okay.
Killer experiment basically means it's like a very high risk, a goal, no goal decision experiment.
But if it works, you know, it means it's worth actually moving forward.
And usually it tries to address
a very fundamental proof of concept, proof of principle thing.
I totally get why they are do why why people are moving towards this.
It it's a lot more cost efficient.
