Namastu.

I'd do it.

So I treated myself to a yoga video.

And then I... This is kind of sad.

I've been embroidering these names.

I got sent three names of Palestinian children that were murdered by Israeli airstrikes.

And they're all six-year-olds.

And I know this is odd, but maybe it's not odd.

I just took about 10 minutes to do some of this because I wanted to like...

think about that and think about them and think about the fact that it was my daughter's sixth birthday and these three kids were all six.

So I just took a bit of time where like, I was doing that and listening to music, which I don't know.

I just, it just felt like,

I don't know, something I wanted to do because I suddenly realized that because I'd half done it and I knew I needed to finish it because there's somebody who's trying to get a big embroidery of every child.

And I knew I needed to do it.

And I saw it on my desk.

And then I was reminded when I looked at it because there were six and I was like, oh, my goodness, it's my daughter's sixth birthday today.

And these babies were the same age.

And just thinking about that, I don't know.

I just had a bit of really sad time thinking about that and doing that as kind of an active memory for them.

I don't know.
