So, yeah, that's what I did.

And it's harder to make that jolly.

No, no, no, not at all.

And I took notes in my pad.

And then I got my rough book out and I worked out.

I did a lot of planning because it was technically a Monday, really.

so mondays i often do planning and rest because i'm usually a bit tired out from the weekend so i looked through my diary worked out all the things i need to do this week looked through my diary worked out the next couple of months things that i needed to remind went through my emails i did boring stuff that you need to do this stuff like that for a bit and then it got to 12 and i was really hungry because all i'd eaten was this horrific pancake so

so I went and I did something that I think is like a life hack which is you get pre-made pastry and you can make really really great pastry stuff really easily so basically I made these kind of galette pastries where you create a square of pastry and you fold up the corners and then I cracked an egg and I put some ham and some basil and some ricotta and some

pepper and some aubergine pesto and honestly it was too many flavors put all that in put a bit of this olive oil on it beautiful those and then I made tiny little fold-up pastries with mascarpone and blueberries in and then this cinnamon sugar on the top

chuck it in and that was lunch and that took about 15 minutes so during that 15 minutes i emptied the dishwasher loaded the dishwasher emptied the washing machine loaded the washing machine tidied up some of the sides got the breakfast stuff put it on one side put the food in the food recycling it was like how quickly can i do this and i think for me if i can gamify it as much as possible that's how i get a lockdown that's you sound like mary poppins in that moment that was like quite extreme i

I thought of Mary Poppins as I did it.

I thought of that in every job that can be done, there is an element of fun.

I think you know me very well.

I have to tell you something.

That might be difficult for people who live in hard water areas, but I live in a soft water area.

What?

There's no lime scale where I live.

Wow.

The water I have is fresh mountain water from Loch Reservoirs.

So this isn't an issue for me.
