Just on the note of a resident reconsideration.
It's my understanding and uh city attorney, correct me if I'm wrong.
That a resident can certainly request a reconsideration either directly to a council member or during public comment at a council meeting, but a resident cannot unilaterally.
um request a reconsideration and force the council to vote on that reconsideration.
Right.
It's a opinion from a resident that is then given to the council either individually or as a body.
And then it is one council member's decision to say, hey, you know what, I would like to request that reconsideration if in fact they were on the prevailing side or whatever the rules are.
Or at the meeting, the mayor could say, Okay, we've had that request.
Why don't we have a a vote on that?
And that is essentially her saying um as the presiding officer.
And and maybe we need clarification on that point.
But I I just want to
um make a point there and then potentially have
