So I think in many circumstances, and even sometimes myself, people describe powerlifting as a journey.
Um and they'll say, so, you know, it's not uh no, it's not sprint, it's a marathon.
Is that the right way around?
Yep, yep, yep.
Um so I don't really think about it in in those terms.
I'm quite short-sighted.
Um I enjoy the moment as I experience it.
So I'm not trying to piece together a really long-term picture.
Uh so even when I wasn't with
winning, I wasn't thinking back to the times I was winning and you know, I wish I could get back there.
It was never about that.
It's just enjoying the day, enjoying each session for what it is in front of me.
