Right.

With resume and some essays.

And we had to together.

pretend that we were the admissions committee deciding whether or not to admit these candidates.

And for me, it was the first time I felt like I had such a clear insight into how the minds of the admissions committee actually work.

And it blew me away, especially because I was at the table with...

representatives of three different schools, and they actually had different ways of thinking about each applicant.

It was fascinating.

And and I just it just blew me away.

There wasn't one way of thinking about it.

We ended up in kind of an argument because, I mean, you know, healthy one, because at this school, this was important.

And at this school, this was not important.

And and even for myself, having to go through, you know, I'm used to just, you know, preparing people.

and making them the best that they can.

But sitting there and assessing someone with a different set of eyes ever since, it's given me a whole different way of viewing my applicants.

Because now I don't just look at them as the coach and the cheerleading squad and everything else.

I'm also measuring them in a way from the admissions committee side.

That's after 22 years.
