Because Donald Trump's movement, MAGA, is an apartheid-based movement that fears white Americans becoming a minority.
and they're trying to legislate ways to keep white Americans as a majority physically, and if they become a minority, to be the only group of people who can exercise any of the civil rights clauses in the Constitution, any of the 14th, 13th, 15th Amendment rights, any civil rights, the only people who can say that there is racism against them, the only people who have a full and unimpeded right to vote.
They want to lock in an apartheid system for right-wing white conservative Christians and no one else.
That's why they're doing all of this.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States and of the state wherein they reside.
You don't have to be a lawyer or a judge.
You just have to be able to read to understand that that is.
