I mean, I started out 43 years ago as a therapist.

So, you know, so when they're dumping, I'm just listening and I'm like, oh, that's a lie.

That's a lie.

Oh, there's some truth there.

That's a lie.

So when people are like, oh, I've been such a victim my whole life.

Nobody's ever.

And, you know, really, it's a lie.

People are victims, but they buy into that.

Yeah, and the same thing with illnesses.

People read the symptoms.

People read the diagnosis.

People get diagnosis, and they're like, oh, my gosh, yeah, I have all these symptoms.

I'm like, yeah, well, if you do that, you're going to find them.

Yes.

I always tell people what you tell your bodies, it will adopt.
