I would be the least likely person in the world to be called to preach the gospel.
That's why I love for people to know my story and know that no matter where you came from, you can... I had a bad beginning, but I'm having a good finish.
And anybody can do that.
They don't have to stay a victim.
They don't have to stay broken.
God is willing to heal anybody who will work with him and do the part that he gives them to do.
And it wasn't easy.
I mean, I gave up a million times.
I'm sure God laughs when we tell him we're giving up.
And can't do this anymore.
And, you know,
It was hard, but I'm still here.
I love what I'm doing, and I know I'm getting older now.
I'll be 83 in three months, but I don't feel that.
You don't look that.
No, not at all.
I don't feel it, and I still love what I'm doing, so I'm going to do it as long as I can.
I told God, however much time and however much energy I have, you're getting it.
