um he's a between the tackles guy and that's what he's always now he's limited production right he had to share some time in washington was never truly the number one featured back but that's why he's getting what he's getting a year it's not 13 million like etn's getting or hn now in new orleans it's about five and that's that tells you at least from my perspective that

And Tootin, I think, did prove a lot last year that he can play physical football as well because we didn't really see the true breakaway speed until the last few weeks of the season.
He was breaking outside.
He didn't do that a lot early in the year.
And that was what was advertised coming in.
And to show that physicality, I think, was a big step.
So I think they needed a little more consistency between the tackles.
The ETN wanted to, you know, naturally just wanted to bounce it out into space a lot.
And it was getting better at times, you know, following blockers, but he sometimes just wouldn't do that, and that's okay.
But I think they just wanted a little more consistency in the middle of the offense.

Devin Lloyd had an impactful season.
He was one of the most impactful defensive players in the league last year.
You can argue that certainly.
It's one year, though.
That's the other argument, that is it a flash in the pan?
Can you count on five interceptions a year?
If you're a corner, you can't count on five interceptions in a season.
