So in your prioritization, you've tried to break down weights by different

call them classifications, things like the asset condition and infrastructure risk, climate resilience and sustainability, strategic alignment, et cetera.

I can understand some reason for wanting to do it.

It certainly makes sense to me that you would want to align the whole city and our CIP with the goals that we have.

But things like the climate action plan getting weighed under strategic alignment and also presumably under climate resilience and sustainability, it feels like it's sort of doing the same thing twice.

Is that deliberate, I guess, is the question.

Not much fun.

Yeah, so the comment I wanted to make was we have challenges working as a group of five council members, and we have five individuals with five different positions.

But recently, and I've been on, this is my fourth year, the

engagement of the public has become a problem.

And I don't mean every single person, but some members of the public have an influence on us, which is excessive.

And it's really a handful of people who show up at every council meeting, and we pretty much know which position they're gonna take.

It does, and I think maybe the mayor mentioned it, there is an implied threat in the way some of them speak.
