Yeah, it's definitely frustrating.

You know, like I said, I believe in myself and I believe that I bring value to the team.

And I know that I haven't had my best years the last couple of years, but I do believe that it's not like age or physically related.

It's something that I can improve on and work on and be better for the years to come.

So it's definitely frustrating the way the system plays out and the way that catchers are valued.

And obviously, I understand the aging process where everybody ages and everybody deteriorates.

That side of it I get.

It's just I don't feel like I'm at that point in my career yet to where I feel like I still have good years left in me.

I'll let Dave speak to that, whatever he wants to reveal, how those conversations went.

I just have a good group around me that helps me take care of my body, really.

I think the Philly staff is incredible.

They're a strength staff.

training staff, everybody that just helps keep my body in the position that allows me to go out there and perform.

And I take a lot of pride in that and it takes a lot of work.

But I enjoy that process.
