So there are a lot of things that's been alleged.
Once put into the correct format, affidavit wise, it could lead to arrest for several things, including misdemeanors and maybe even felonies.
So there's a lot left to do.
We are not rushing to judgment, but I just thought I would come on here and tell you that
There definitely should be search warrants issued by now.
And there could be arrest warrants for certain crimes issued by now.
But for the ultimate crime of murder,
It is probably wise to wait to see what the autopsy reveals, or that both autopsies reveal, and then parcel that together with all the video footage, all the witness statements taken, any affidavits gathered, and then make a decision, get it all to a judge at that point for a judge to decide whether or not to sign a warrant for the rest of one or more individuals.
Yeah, Don, I do believe that the theft is the low hanging fruit here and that we can clearly hear someone saying, give me my freaking phone back.
It appears to be about those that know I know that appears to be his voice.
And so someone had his phone and it seemed to be other people around.
So people know who had that man's phone.
Okay, but it's- Say again?
I said, is that freeing a decoy?
I understand that they have put two brown or black individuals that have come forward out of the freeing group, but none of the white individuals have come forward out of the freeing group.
So did they put them up to allay our fears under duress?
So we don't know if they're telling the truth or not.
Anyone can get on television and say anything, but they were not sworn.
That was not sworn testimony.
