So I'm not satisfied until I hear a sworn testimony if it's an affidavit format.

And people were saying stuff freely and not under duress because the so-proclaimed best friend, I think his name was Tristan or something similar, the family said they've never seen the boy.

So I would know my child's best friend.

If they were that close, I would have seen him at some point in their lifetime.

And so that's very, very odd there.

Another thing I want to share with you, Don, is that in Mississippi, the sheriff's department provides security for the judges.

So in Jackson County, the Jackson County Sheriff's Department would be providing security and bailiffs for Judge Cole's, Judge Ashley Cole's courtroom.

So I see a glaring conflict of interest there.

And I believe that the sheriff should probably recuse himself if the one of the last people to see Nolan Wells alive as her stepson.

That to me is a is a problem because normally that would be a person of interest and could potentially become

something more of the evidence to reveal that.

And your employees are providing security for the judge's office.

I don't know how you can do a very thorough investigation.

That's why I've been asking certain questions and saying, why has no one gone after the low-hanging fruit?

And so we need an independent investigatory agency coming in to investigate this or to supplement what the sheriff is doing because I have very...

a lot of concerns about what's going on and what's not going on there.

The long-hanging fruit is with the allegations and testimony that I've heard just through what people have said through the media.

If that bears out to be true, you have the theft of the phone.

You also have underage drinking.

So you have minors drinking.
