As I said, tick tock, tick tock.

We are fed up.

I'm not satisfied with the way he's handling it.

I think it's performative.

After I went live on Sunday and said the sheriff needs to let us know if there's a real investigation because I thought that he may not be calling it an investigation because he wanted to allow people to continue to be able to do what they want to do with evidence.

If there's no investigation, you can scrub evidence, destroy stuff, and say, honestly, I was not under investigation, so I thought I could do what I wanted to do.

But now that he's gone forward, he came forward on Monday and said there was an investigation and the district attorney is assisting.

People should be on notice not to be obstructing justice and destroying evidence.

I hope they have enough sense at this point.

He gave them a good week or so to do whatever they wanted to do.

But now he's gone to say that there is an investigation.

But then he qualified that to say that still doesn't mean someone is suspected of a crime.

So he's speaking out of both sides of his mouth.

As I said before, if you can't do your job fairly and unbiasedly, step aside.

I know you're the elected sheriff, but there are other people that could be appointed that don't know this judge, don't know her stepson, don't know the other folks accused, and come in there and do a fair job.

I call on the Commissioner of Public Safety, Sean Tindall, who is from the Gulf Coast.

He's over public safety in Mississippi to bring in the MBI to investigate this fairly.

Get some people this up.

It is evident to me and our way in Atlanta that the sheriff, neither the sheriff, neither district attorney when the sitting judge is there making public statements, albeit that may be unethical.
