Let's take, for example, tariffs.

There was no congressional approval of what's happening with this.

We see immigration situations where they are openly defying court orders.

It is off the rails.

We're seeing the Justice Department being weaponized.

And I will tell you, I will tell you, Don, and I had this conversation a few months ago.

I will tell you that if this democracy fails, I believe

that historians will look back on this era and point to the Supreme Court's decision that granted him broad immunity as the beginning of the end of democracy.

Now, people say, oh, Glenda, you're overstating.

I'm telling you, I believe that is exactly that, because once you open that door and once you have a judiciary who

is the Supreme Court that has created what I think is a political monster, then I think that the erosion continues.

And I will tell you that if you want an autocracy, then this should be supported.

If you want a democracy, then this has to be challenged.

That's the position I will take.

What did I think when I heard that, Don?

When I heard that, my first reaction was that this position of Attorney General of the United States, which Pam Boddy now has, that this Justice Department is now doing the bidding to punish Trump's, who he sees as his enemies.

And I think it's outrageous.

I don't think that you have the independence.

Let me tell you an important footnote, Don, because, you know, I can be very candid with you.

If I had done any of the things that she has done in terms of openly saying we're not going to follow these rules and it's the rule of law, all of that, I would have lost my license to practice law.
