My ruling on the judge is that there is no basis, there is no legal basis for President Obama, even Jack Smith.
I mean, we haven't gotten to that yet, but my whole point is that there is a troubling trend, in my opinion, of
the Justice Department being weaponized.
You can't just go out and say, you know, Glenda, you have broken the law.
You've got to come in with some proof that I have done A, B, and C. And to totally ignore what we have known
and now say that there's a basis for these people to be investigated and possibly indicted and tried on criminal charges is absurd to me.
It is absolutely absurd.
It's absurd.
It is absolutely absurd.
It is.
And I also think that this is a distraction.
Let's think about the timing that this has happened to when even Trump's base is calling for transparency on the Epstein case.
but to talk about that later.
But I think that so much of these things are distractions, and I think that they are designed to have a chilling impact on people who have been sworn to take the oath of office, to uphold the Constitution, and to have done their jobs, and which is what, in my opinion, they have done.
And now to come back and have these threats hanging over people
And again, I'm going to say it over and over again.
I believe, Don, that this is used as a way of weaponizing the Justice Department in a way that I think has implications beyond just these cases.
And where does it stop?
And who's next?
