I move the recommendation of the Finance Government Operations Economic Development Committee that the Board of Supervisors approve the resolution indicating grant application support for the smart scale application for round seven, provided as attachment one to the June 16th, 2026 Board of Supervisors Business Meeting Action Item.

I further move the recommendation of the Finance Government.

Operations and Economic Development Committee that the Board of Supervisors direct the Department of Transportation Capital Capital Infrastructure to submit smart scale applications provided as attachment one to the June 16th, 2026 Board of Supervisors Business Meeting action item.
