Actually I'm happy to see this item.

I think reducing from five years uh to two years is a good start.

But uh what I staff would you have any heartburn, say if we were to suggest to go down to one year.

And also in that same breath I'll ask the question, instead of going from thirty to ninety days, would you have any heartburn going from thirty to sixty days?

Reason being I think the goal is to reduce the uh the time

From five years, which is definitely too long, but I think even two years, to be honest with you, is too long as well because some people might forget what what the you know, why the the initiative was brought forward.

And I think having the voting period from thirty to ninety days is again maybe a little too long of a window as well.

I think sixty days is a sweet spot and then going from five years to one year I think is a a good sweet spot as well, 'cause it's still gonna be fresh in people's minds, say if the vote failed for whatever reason.

being able to come back in one year is still gonna be fresh in people's mind.

People can continue to talk to neighbors and when that one year time hits then they can vote again.

But if we have to wait two years, maybe people are gonna forget and move on to something else um and so on.
