Um, but I do think it provides opportunities for future leaders.

I do.

And I heard that, I think uh Supervisor Glass made that point.

I think that was really uh a well-made point.

Um other people might want to be part of public service.

You know, the youth, the youth are our future, and I think um they are, and especially with the environment, I will say that.

And so

I think it it makes sense to look at our salary.

Um and it this is not un unreasonable.

Um and uh I I think you know we are all efficient and effective um and some of us choose to make it a full-time commitment.

Um it it is correct that we can't say it's full-time or part-time, but I make it a full-time commitment.

And um

And I think that that's just a choice, but um I also think it's a choice for us to uh look at paying people a livable wage.

So I think that's a choice as well.

So I will table this uh because I do value public input, but um I I think um

tabling it after a discussion with colleagues, with more colleagues, 'cause it sounds like some people like Supervisor Saints would like to have a discussion and that's great.
