Um and I don't want to um I mean obviously there are there are due processes through that process.
There's the immigration courts, they have to follow those in in to some extent.
Um I know there were some problems early on in some of our counties and areas
And obviously that has uh has been
um suggested I mean that that has been f widely reported.
Um but here what we're suggesting is let's look at what we can do um in our county buildings.
And I I'm a little uncomfortable with that.
I do not want to be an obstructionist.
I know it's a misdemeanor.
I mean if other misdemeanors were being committed or people were who were had pending charges for misdemeanors were in our building, I don't think we would be talking about um
Mm.
how we could uh w what we could or couldn't do in terms of what our role was here in in the building.
Um we wouldn't prevent our local police from having to conduct business as needed.
It would be one thing if they were coming in creating a lot of ruckus.
That's a different story.
That's not happening.
So I'm I'm just not supporting this um in in its current form.
I appreciate what the supervisors are trying to do, but truthfully I just we fundamentally disagree on this process.
