So would there be any scenario do you think in which um the process of the analysis would turn up housing violations that are uh may result in the displacement of farm workers or other residents?

Um and then uh what's the anticipated timeline for doing the one time analysis?

It would come after it would probably happen though after the walrus is passed.

So we we've had that discussion with uh some board offices the past couple of days.

The way that the way that we've laid out the item right now would be that the staff could be ready to operate prior to when we project the the Walrus project to be done, but it also could very easily make sense to delay that until it actually happen afterwards.

Because because of the potential that we could start down a certain path towards education and or um enforcing violations and then

The zoning order changes in some way that negates the need to have done that for however many months ahead of time.

Uh staff, I'm interested.

Uh I I have asked my staff to make a to draft up a policy change um for the next uh General Assembly session to give the county um immediate cessation authority and right to enter authority.

I and I m my focus is on that would give us some flexibility not just in in the issues we've been talking about in the walrus, but also with noise issues with data centers.
