I feel like you can use this for so many different.

So you take a long peel of your citrus, which in this case it would be lemon.

And you can clean it up on the sides, but you want it to be long because you're going to twist it into a circle.

In that circle, you're going to put like a little Luxardo cherry, and then you're going to skewer your cocktail pick through that.

So it looks like Saturn with its ring.

It's like the coolest thing.

I think it is so fun.

And are you going to be doing the garnish for the classic cocktail?

Yes, yes, I have that.

They have a green one that I think is really good for, it has a lot of salinity in it.

So I think I used it for like a coastal martini.
