Something I've been going to, like going back to, is an Aperol gin and tonic.

So I do like a full-on Spanish style with your peppercorns, your herbs, your citrus in there, citrus peels.

And then I do a gin and tonic.

But I actually add in about an ounce and a half to two ounces of Aperol and it's like heaven.

It's delicious.

Yeah.

So this was a hard question because I have a lot of favorites, but I would say those right now are my two go-tos.

I'm sorry to cut you off, but I just saw Miguel of Holy City Handcraft.

He just did a fat washed, but what he did is he dipped his ice cube in melted butter.

So then the butter created this like shell on top of his ice cube and he put that in his old fashioned.

I was like, are you kidding me?

I'm going to have to try that.

It might get funky.

Because do you drink it fast enough to where it doesn't melt?
