I'm just, I am ready for spicy, right?

So one of my favorite recipes that I actually made in the fall that I'm I'm readjusting for this spring summertime season is a chili crisp spicy paloma.

And so you know the yeah, you know like the Momofuku chili crisps.

Yeah.

So imagine taking that and putting it in your tequila blanco, which I did use Lalo, which is a fantastic clean tequila.

Yeah.

So I actually wrote this out.

So I did about two cups of tequila blanco with two tablespoons of chili crisp oil.

Now I actually added in some of the chili crisp just for like extra heat, extra flavor.

Why not?

I love it.

So just like Brad said, you can do anywhere from eight to twenty four hours.

I've gone longer because it's like, why, why not?

I will say the best thing.

There are these jars.

Oh God, I'm blinking on the name.

Are they called caraway jars?

Anyway, they're jars where you flip them upside down and they have a bottom.
