If it is something that's achievable within the short term, we're talking one to two, maybe three years time, keeping it in cash is actually the sophisticated decision.
You know, you don't want to push out your property goal because you put your money into the market based on pressure from your mates and then something happens in the world and then all of a sudden you can't buy property for another five years.
So it's getting really clear on this is how much money I have.
This is what I'm going to buy.
And if I save this much money, I am going to get that goal within the time period.
