I couldn't tell you what physical manifestations you'll see as a result of depression as such, but it's usually relating to heaviness, some kind of weight.

So you want to be checking in with first like is this just a really frustratingly slow process and you are making progress but it's just really slow and you're really annoyed and you want it to be faster.
