charge of and I'm not going to check in daily anymore.
I'm gonna check in maybe once a week and see how you're doing.
And so I like to start with those first two steps.
And then my third step that's can be really critical is motivation.
So what is that reinforcement?
What is that motivation?
Cause the we have to make sure that the motivation, like if you were looking at a visual of two hills, that the motivation hill is higher than the task hill.
If the task hill is higher than the motivation hill, then we have a lot of problems.
Kids are gonna have a real difficult time engaging in that.
Some kids just really need the routine created for them and the visual support, and they can really take off.
For kids that don't take off as much, I find that that motivation piece is really critical.
So then what are they earning to get through this?

So when they're younger, we will kind of dangle that carrot.
Here's, you know, and I like to set it up in a system of we all work to then engage in our fun stuff, right?
And so, you know, hey, if you want to play video games, here's your job is to be a student.
And part of being a student and part of living in our house is to maintaining these certain skills, right?
And as you do those, then you get access to the fun things that you want to do.
