So I am, you know, first and foremost, I identify these days as being a mom to two boys.
In my podcast intro, I say to two high-energy boys.
And they are both full of life and challenge me all the time, I feel like, to be growing into my best self.
I have an older son, Ryan, who's 13, and my little guy is four and a half.
Half Jacob.
And they are both differently wired in different ways.
And it's been an amazing experience being their parent and figuring out how to help them thrive.
In addition to that, I'm a life and leadership coach.
I have 20 years experience in youth development and education and community building.
And about a decade ago, got training to be a coach.
And in the last year, I have created my own venture called Mother's Quest, which I know we we may talk more about later, which is really about helping mothers like myself.
live what I call our epic lives and find the ways in which in doing so we actually inspire our children to be able to do the same.
