It's interesting.
It's I think it's it's probably complicated.
There are many ways in which I think that what I have gone through in terms of really stepping up and being a champion have helped me see myself and the the power that's in me.
Um, in ways I'm not sure I would have otherwise.
I'm not sure I would have, you know, at some point said, I wanna I want my life to be epic.
But in being Ryan's mom, I've found those qualities in myself called out.
So in some ways I'm on this quest because of my motherhood journey.
In other ways, I feel like what I had to do in terms of how I was focusing on my child pulled me away maybe from figuring out my life passion and purpose.
And in the last year or so there's been this realization that I don't have to choose that actually I can become a stronger
mother and parent when I'm also making space for myself and my own growth and learning and my own passions and pursuing the the biggest version of myself in my life that I can.

Absolutely.
And you know what's really interesting is that, you know, with my four and a half year old
We're just now getting clear about some of his needs and realizing that we need to step up in an advocacy role and
you know, really give him the support he needs to thrive.
And I've wondered if that means, oh, maybe now I have to put all of these other things on the back burner.
And I think it's not the case.
I I do think that even when your child is younger and the needs are greater, it's more about my awareness level now.
And, you know, I've already learned some lessons.
