I think um I love coaching.

I love being part of helping other people transform.

So as much as this is all, you know, for me as part of my quest, I also really want to create the community and the space to help other mothers create the same kind of life for themselves that I'm moving toward.

And there were also, there was also that experience of those years where my focus was so much on my children.

And on Ryan.

that I think I had these whispers of things I wanted to do that were brewing for a while and I wasn't listening to them.

I think that so much of the conversation in our culture around motherhood is that like you can either have a career and do passionate, purposeful work or you can be a really present mother.

But there aren't a lot of conversations about how you can do those two things.

And even more so, how when you do both of those, they actually reinforce and strengthen one another.

So a lot of the things I share in the podcast episodes and in my Facebook group are all of the ways in which my kids will say something to me or an experience I have with my children strengthens what I bring to mother's class.

or something that's happened for me in a podcast episode.

Or in a coaching session, I then can bring to my children in a different way.

And then I did have, I don't know if you read my blog post, I had this very spiritual experience one day where two birds got trapped in my home.

And, you know, I just I chose to stop and reflect on what the meaning of that could be for me and decided it meant, you know, I I what I had to do was open the door to let these birds out that were crashing into the glass.

And I just realized it was as simple as that.

I had to just

shoes and open the door.

And at first I thought it was that other people had to open the door for me.

And then I realized there was a second bird in the house.

And when that second bird left, I realized, oh, there's an another meaning here.
