And C is connected to a strong support network so that I'm in community on my journey.

And I, you know, as a coach, I can see the power of making time for self-reflection, for identifying what you really want, you know, creating space for figuring out what's in your way, what's feeling hard.

And so I want to, through Mother's Quest, create coaching programs.

programs and reflection circles where mothers can come together in community and provide that for one another.

I've decided that I'm on this epic journey myself and I don't wanna do it alone.

So, you know, part of this is I've I've created it to meet my own needs of, you know, what do I feel like I want as I'm on the journey?

Uh the podcast, which I know you've listened to, which is the first component of Mother's Quest that I've rolled out fully.

was one of those ways that I could get the support I was looking for.

So I reach out to mothers on their own quest that I feel like I have something to learn from.

And we talk about these epic guideposts and they give me a challenge that, you know, other listeners can also take as well.

And these challenges have already been, you know, making my life more epic.

And there's also a Facebook group where I have found we can encourage conversation among one another, but I also can share really deeply personal posts.

So just even having people to witness my own journey in a place to share has been so helpful for me.

Well, I think some of it is what we were talking about earlier about um that I think I was through my experience of being a mom, which has been so transformational that I've just like seen parts of myself that I never knew were there.

So the idea of of my actual voice being on a podcast or, you know, sharing something so

Personal in a public way is not something I've ever done before in my life.

I was always I'm the youngest of three girls.

I was always the quiet one.

you know, in my my previous career I was a fund development director and it was all about supporting somebody else's vision and work.

So, um, but there was something about what motherhood has called out in me that I could just I could just instinctively tell there was like a next frontier for me that was about me being more visible and really going for it in a bigger way in my life.
