Which leads me to the second thing I think about in regards to management, which is the role of a manager more than ever is also to try and really be sturdy.
To recognize, to not just put your head in the sand and think, hey, I'm not like, la, la, la, the world's changing, but it's not going to change us.
No, we need to embrace change, but we also need to provide sturdiness for our people.
I think it's very, very important to be able to go to a team and to help the team embrace change, but do it in a way where we can still be focused on what are our first principles of what matters as humans?
Because there are things that only we humans can do that AI will never be able to do, at least at this point.
I could be wrong.

It's anyone's guess how the technology will evolve.
But my strong hypothesis is that the why, you know, you started this out, right?
